	125: pantsdown - Site network maintenance tonight 11pm Updated Thu, Dec 8 - 21:09 PST Connectivity to this small, community-based "website" will be "intermittent" from 11:00 to 11:30pm while "sysadmin" elves upgrade network software. This might be a good time watch an episode of 24 on DVD or have a glass of wine by the [faux] fireplace. But not both. Definitely not both.
	123: molasses - email delivery delays Updated Thu, Dec 1 - 11:11 PST Intermittent, ongoing issue -- seems to be related to various providers, mainly Yahoo! and Hotmail. Users are reporting minor (sometimes significant) delays in receiving self-publishing emails. Systems team is working on this, thanks for your patience!
	105: hooyaNO - Yahoo mail delays -- update as of Friday 11/11 Updated Fri, Nov 11 - 13:01 PST We heard back from Yahoo this morning. Apparently they are having general capacity issues--they aren't blocking or delaying craigslist specifically. This is a good sign. Hopefully they'll have things worked out soon.
	91: !Y! - Yahoo banned from subscriptions . . . Updated Thu, Nov 10 - 12:12 PST Yahoo/BTinternet is having ongoing capacity problems They defer incoming mail for much of the day, causing our mailservers to back up with deferred mail. Annoying. As of 3PM 8/4, we shut off subscription mail to Yahoo because the delivery rate is so poor and their deferred mail is bloating our mail queues. BTinternet was cut off at 9AM on 8/7. If you have comments on this issue, please make sure you inform Yahoo.
	112: winda! - Hotmail subscriptions suspended Updated Thu, Nov 10 - 12:12 PST After weeks of intermittent delivery troubles with Hotmail, we finally know at least part of the problem. Apparently a handful of Hotmail users have subscribed to high-volume lists then reported the list mail as spam, causing Hotmail to blocks us as spammers. We're working toward a commitment from Hotmail to stop blocking us for errant spam reports, so the actions of a few stop messing it up for everyone else. Hotmail subscriptions are suspended until we have that commitment. If you have comments on this problem, please make sure you inform Hotmail.
	118: monster - account holders having trouble posting paid jobs Updated Mon, Oct 31 - 13:01 PST We're getting reports from folks who are having trouble posting paid jobs through their personal and/or corporate craigslist account: personal craigslist account holders may not be able to post a paid job if their account is not associated with a corporate account corporate account holders may be prompted for credit card information, even though their account is in good standing. More later, tech is working on it now!
	114: no .info - experimental block on posts from .info domain Updated Fri, Oct 21 - 11:11 PDT Due to the large number of spam posts from the ".info" email addresses, we've set up a temporary block against posts from that domain. Apologies for the trouble, please let us know if this is causing significant hardship: abuse@craigslist.org

	45: adha - verification image issue with MS Internet Explorer Updated Mon, Aug 15 - 20:08 PDT Some version of IE have a security setting that will prevent the verification image from displaying properly. We're working on a fix, but in the meantime, here's a workaround: Tools-> Internet Options Click Security Tab Click Custom Level scroll down to "Display Mixed Content" click the "Prompt" radio button. click OK all they way back out.

	122: bipworks - site down for a bit of the ol' ultra-maintenance Updated Thu, Nov 10 - 20:08 PST The site may be down for a bit between 9-10pm PDT tonight as we upgrade some primary hardware. Sorry for the inconvenience.
	121: sssshhhh - doing some database maintenance Updated Sun, Nov 6 - 22:10 PST We're in read only mode for a few minutes (30ish) as we do some database maintenance. Sorry for the hassle. Things should get faster after it's done though. [actually took an hour, bummer]
	120: roar! - Accounts/Posting Problems Updated Sat, Nov 5 - 13:01 PST Our load balancers stopped working as such around 11:15am Saturday morning, causing SSL connections to time out. A reboot at 12:55pm fixed this problem; all users were unable to post or login in to their accounts during this time.
	116: Move over - Database maintenance 10/25 Updated Thu, Oct 27 - 23:11 PDT update -- this has been pushed off until Tuesday 10/25. We are planning a big-ol database massage -- craigslist will be read-only, starting 10pm Pacific time. We expect the maintenance to last between two and four hours. When we're done, everything will be just like it was before, only better. Feel the love. Done. THx.
	119: hotjob - Search updates temporarily on hold Updated Thu, Oct 27 - 23:11 PDT Search updates halted as of 10:40 am PDT, we're addressing some tech issues. Should be back to normal shortly. As of 10/27 ~11 PM search is back to full tilt party mode. No joke. FULL PARTY mode.
	115: flibberty - mis-routed email Updated Thu, Oct 27 - 10:10 PDT Scattered reports of email messages being sent to the wrong anonymous email address, tech staff resolved the issue on Tuesday, 10/25/05.
	113: ☹TV - WebTV unable to log in or post Updated Tue, Oct 18 - 19:07 PDT WebTV sends an unusual HTTP "Host" header, and in that case our web proxies got confused about where to send the traffic. Meaningful technobabble! We did some hacking at our end which hopefully fixed the problem for WebTV (and possibly other) users. Otherwise, please let us know.
	111: no dinero - credit card systems, possible interruption of service Updated Tue, Oct 11 - 11:11 PDT We received scattered reports of credit card errors for folks trying to submit paid jobs (S.F., Los Angeles, New York City). The issue has been resolved, please forward any lingering questions to "jobs@craigslist.org".
