Microsoft Support WebCasts

Support WebCasts are a free Internet broadcast service provided by Microsoft. Tune in and watch live technical presentations given by Microsoft technology experts, and participate in live Q&A; sessions after each presentation.

Please also visit our Past Support Webcast page to view on-demand recordings of these live events. All broadcasts are made available for on-demand viewing within 24 hours of the live session.

This Web site features Live WebCasts that use Microsoft Office Live Meeting. If you have already installed Live Meeting, your computer will start the appropriate viewer and play the WebCast without any additional action from you. If you have not installed Live Meeting, or you have previously installed an earlier version of the software, you may have to download the required software to view the live events.
