Total 171games, 38games per team. Play-off Games : The top six teams of the regular league are qualified for the play-off games. First Round will be played by the 3rd vs. 6th and 4th vs. 5th. Semi finals will be played by the 1st vs. winner of 4th vs. 5th and 2nd vs. winner of 3rd vs. 6th. The final will be played by the winners of semi finals. The team winning best of five games will qualify to the next round. Game Place yEach teams hometown and other cities in Japanz Harbin, Qiqihar, Beijing., Higashifushimi, Nikko, Kushiro, Tomakomai, Anyang, Chuncheon yOther cities in Japanz Sapporo, Obihiro, Asahikawa, Misawa, Shin-Yokohama, Nagano, Karuizawa, Nagoya, Kobe, Kyoto, Fukuoka How to win or lose Regular League : If the score is tied at the end of the third period, the Over Time starts without a break for five minutes as Sudden Victory played by 4 on 4. If the score is still tied, it's a draw game. Play-off Games : If the score is tied at the end of the third period, the Over Time starts after a regular intermission with flooding the ice for twenty minutes as Sudden Victory played by 5 on 5. If the score is still tied, Over Time Format (flooding the ice, 20 minutes played, 5 on 5, Sudden Victory) will be repeated until either team wins. Ranking Regular League : Each team is ranked by the Winning Points. Winning points. 3 points : Winner after the regulation time (60 minutes) 2 points : Winner of the Over Time 1 point : Draw or Loser of the Over Time 0 point : Loser after the regulation time (60 minutes) Total Standing : The team to winning three games first will be the winner of the play-off final and the loser will be second place. The higher ranked team during the regular season of the two losing teams of semi-finals will be third place and the lower team will be forth. The same regulation will be adopted between the two losing teams of quarter finals. Teams below 7th place will be ranked as the result of the regular league.
