Francis Cardinal George, Archbishop of Chicago, will visit Milwaukee for the first installment of the 2006 Pallium Lecture Series. His lecture is titled "At the Holy Center: Pope Benedict XVI."
This free lecture series is open to the public and has been designed to provide enrichment and insight from leading Catholic theologians. In 2003, Milwaukee Archbishop Timothy M. Dolan introduced the Pallium Lecture Series as an opportunity for members of the Catholic community of southeastern Wisconsin to learn from national and international experts on a variety of topics that are pertinent to Catholic life in today's world.
The evening will begin with a prayer service, followed by the lecture, a question and answer session, and a reception.
