  Software-Hardware: PDF Printing Problems

If you are having difficulties printing a PDF file this resource is for you. Several printing problems have been identified along with possible solutions.

You should have the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your machine. Get the Adobe Acrobat Reader here.

If you are installing both a new browser and the Adobe Acrobat Reader, you should install the new browser first. The Acrobat Reader must be installed after your browser!

Some people have found that they must first save the attachment to their computers hard drive and then open it manually with the Acrobat Reader program; try this option if you're having trouble.

Using the Print As Image option may eliminate printing problems. If Acrobat fails to print a file correctly, try selecting the Print As Image option in Acrobat's Print dialog box. This option is not recommended for general purpose use because it may make many PDF files print slower. You can also try to print fewer pages at a time, print at a lower resolution, or deselect the Fit To Page option in the Print dialog box if it selected.
