Follow the R162 north from Shercock. The tomb is sited on the top of a low hill to the right just before the first right hand turn after the R192 junction.

This was a frustrating visit. I could clearly see the location but just couldn't find access to it. The field seems to be surrounded on all sides by an 8m wide ditch with a bog in it.
The actual positioning is quite wonderful, on a small promontory outcrop. I imagined from what I could see it is a wedge tomb, but it is apparently classed as either a portal tomb or court tomb (but nobody is sure).
