Wow! What a strange place this is! There aren't many like this one.

The King's Stables is reputedly the place where the kings from Eamhain Mhaca used to water their horses. Today, instead of seeing the pool, all you can see is the top of a bog surrounded on three sides by an earth bank.

This might not seem like much, but there is a very sinister side to this place. When it was excavated it was found to be manmade. Furthermore several offerings were found including the remains of human sacrifices.

I don't know if it was my prior knowledge of the macabre history of this site that made me feel a little bit spooked or the place itself, but I could definitely feel something here.
