An investment firm that has been pushing for changes at Wendy's International will fill three new seats on its board of directors.

Wendy's also said yesterday that it will consider "strategic alternatives" for its slumping Baja Fresh Mexican Grill business, which could include the sale of the chain.

Canaconda -- part of Canstruction, a contest for local architects and design professionals -- took nearly two tons of cans to construct. The food will be donated to the Mid-Ohio FoodBank.
