How to Modify the One-Eighth RuleFor Microsoft® Office Outlook® clients that use Offline Address Book version 2 and version 3a (OAB v2 and OAB v3a), the offline address book server initiates a full offline address book download if the size of the Changes.oab files are one-eighth or more in size of the full offline address book files. Use this procedure to modify the one-eighth rule. Note This setting does not apply to Outlook clients that use OAB v4.
