... minus patch submission. A good idea that may help improve future versions. Pity it requires Passport (makes sense for submitting requests / bug reports, but for browsing you should not need to log in).

It sucks that people in the "Windows Vista, Longhorn Server, and IE7 Beta" can't get in on that.  At least my login doesn't have access...

Anyone with a Passport account can join, SlackmasterK... the process is somewhat unintuitive.  You have to add "Internet Explorer Feedback" to your list of participating programs, then click on the "Feedback" link in that program.
