Configuring SQL Server Replication for an SMS 2003 Management Point

This white paper is provides guidance for configuring SQL Server replication for management points in an SMS 2003 site.  SQL Server Replication allows management points and server locator points to query the SMS data they need, and to service client requests without placing additional load on the SMS site database server. The replication process is handled, entirely, by the SQL Server publication and subscription services.

The website does recommend that you have a look at the SQL documentation too to check replication - oh and also read Mat's blog  and for insider tips!
