John Dixon, employed by the Federal Aviation Administration, installs a new beacon antenna atop the radar at Port Columbus. This radar is used by controllers to track aircraft from 60 miles out. Dixon also was performing regular maintenance on the equipment. Controllers used a backup unit while Dixon was doing his Spiderman impression.
