Stop-action fascination

Speak and believe

Poetry slam requires performance, honesty It is not your typical piece of poetry. There is a rhyme, rhythm and passion that goes into the performance of a spoken-word poem, and those qualities are about to be introduced to the city of Missoula.

'Life Aquatic' deep-sea fun

Once again, Wes Anderson has produced a movie that tackles depressing subjects while managing to leave you with the feeling that you've just seen one of the funniest movies to come out in a long time. In "The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou," Anderson has stuck to his winning combination of dry humor, tongue-in-cheek characters, and an ironic plot line, as he did in "Rushmore" and the highly acclaimed "The Royal Tenenbaums," while at the same time making this movie unique in its own way.

Senior projects are like death: inevitable. Inevitable for anyone looking to graduate from Big Sky High School, anyway.

Hellgate's senior projects don't have to be a chore

It can be heard every year through the halls of Hellgate High School. Giddy seniors griping about what a hassle the senior project is. One needs to write a research paper, log in hours upon hours on their activity, and to top it all off, they need to make a presentation in front of their peers and a couple of judges.

Sentinel High School is better off for not partaking in senior projects

When it comes down to it, the three main Missoula public high schools are exactly the same. They're wrapped and packaged differently, but when the gibberish about "exceptional diversity" is torn away, and the bow that looks eerily similar to a cowboy hat is plucked off, the outcome is three communities struggling to deal with insane hormone levels and the dramatic events they cause.

Burning Question:

Asked of seniors at Sentinel High School Do you think it would be beneficial to do senior projects at Sentinel?
