MQ - The Quality Milestone

Recently we sat down with Mike Sampson (Niner Sampy), Carol Grojean, Doug Amaral and other key members of the MQ core team to discuss MQ, the Developer Division's new quality milestone.

MQ is a great idea for many reasons, not the least of which is helping very large development divisions with many moving parts to become more efficient, more productive, and more able to build high quality software in a timely fashion.

Is it possible to post a WMA version of all of these videos? For videos like this one which don't really have any demos, it'd be nice to download and listen to in the car on the way home from work.

You can use the free program called Movie Maker 2 with Windows XP SP2 to convert a WMV video file to a WMA audio file. Drag and drop the WMV into the Collections, then drag that icon to the Audio/Music track (not the video or audio track), then run the Save Movie File wizard from the file menu and it will prompt you for what type of audio file to create in .wma format. Of course that is not the same as having some RSS feed for podcasts auto download and manage it, but this is an easy way to convert Ch9 WMV videos to audio files manually.

Yes that is a Unix shirt and I like to talk with my hands.
