If you are not satisfied with a digital single that you have bought through PlayLouder.com, or have suffered technical difficulties that prevent you from being able to download or play a digital single, then we will refund your purchase in full.
Please note that we can only refund you if you supply us with credit or debit card details with which to make the refund.
