BlogCast: Populating Active Directory using the Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT)

I've been asked a few questions on the ADMT recently and how well it works in Exchange 5.5 upgrade scenarios, so I've created a blogcast on how Active Directory is populated using the tool.  This blogcast is 1mb and runs for 6mins 30 seconds.
