My video describes how Microsoft has helped increase our productivity, and the overall quality of our software. Microsoft has helped increase manageability and development as well as planning phases by software such as Microsoft Outlook.

Sorry for being pedantic but Python a legacy language, where'd you get that idea from?

Well, really I should have worded it different from that.  I was just trying to throw attention to the .NET Framework, showing that Python and ASP are languages that were in the past.

I'm not trying to say that they aren't a powerful language, nor am I trying to say that no one ever uses them, I'm just trying to express that they are basically older than .NET.

ASP isn't a language, its a script execution environment.

And just because something is older doesn't mean its inherently worse.

Python is a tried and tested language and framework, if you need to develop something for uber-mission-critical systems, such as a life-support system, you'd want to do it in a proven reliable platform, rather than the bleeding edge.

Why else does NASA use venerable chips and platforms in their missions? Their Mars rovers use software written in Java and use commodity hardware.
