The artwork sent before April 17 as hardcopy on the wall for a day:
These photos were taken early on April 17, 2005 before the celebrations of the Sinhalese New Year started. Later on when people came out to the garden to have lunch the show was much appreciated, the aspect of it that caused most admiration was the fact that there was so much care and goodwill expressed so beautifully by artists not only from Britain but from far away. The venue was the Thames Buddhist Vihara in Selsdon, Surrey, and although not within the dates of the Festival the opportunity to show could not be missed. Only the artwork that was sent on an A5 card was up. This is so that artists who are not digitally inclined do not miss out and will receive documentation of the project later on .

Some of the youngsters that come regularly to the Vihara added their pictures too.

The participants were invited to download a graphic showing a drawing of footsteps, to add images of Peace on it  and email it back before May 30, 2005.

Also prints of the graphic were sent by post to allow for snail mail art participation as well.

Patricia Collins will mount these postal contributions in a venue in the real world and send the  documentation to those who participated in the printed project.
