Are you behind a router? Are you too lazy to go find a proxy, find your IP, find you IIS Port, then check and see if it actually works?
Then get IIS Checker, which will do it for you.

NOTE: For some reason, you will get a System.Net.Exception when you start it up...I think it has something to do with my IP-Detection class - just click Continue, then within the program click New, then Preform Selected.
I am going to fix that wil IIS Checker 4.
