The ISTE Member rate is available to all current ISTE members. Details on

- Regional Partners (MICCA & NYSCATE)
Members of these N.E./Mid-Atlantic affiliates are eligible to receive
the Super Early-Bird ISTE member pricing at any time.
- Groups of 10 or more
Group Members who are also ISTE/PAECT members may register at the Super
Early-Bird rate of $145 at any time. Other Group Members (General Public)
may register at the Super-Early Bird rate of $199 at any time.
- Presenters
Presenters who are also ISTE/PAECT members may register at the Super
Early-Bird rate of $145 at any time. Other presenters (General Public) may
register at the Super Early-Bird rate of $199 at any time.
- Volunteers
Volunteers who are also ISTE/PAECT members may register at the Super
Early-Bird rate of $145 at any time. Other volunteers (General Public) may

- Guests
The $60 guest fee (one per attendee) includes entrance into the Exhibit Hall (16 years old and older), Monday Night Opening Reception, and Tuesday Night Dance and Student Film Festival. Does not include attendance to sessions or workshops.
- Full-Time Students
A student rate of $95 for a full registration is available to full-time students who show proof of enrollment at the time of registration. Please provide your student ID number and school name. No one younger than 16 will be admitted to the Exhibit Hall.
- Retired Educators
In support of retired educators, NECC is offering a discounted rate of $95 for a full registration.

If you've already registered, use your e-mail address and confirmation number to reaccess your registration to add workshops, tours, and other ticketed events.
Please Note: when you reaccess, only additions can be made to your registration. If you need to make substitutions or cancellations, you will need to telephone or send an e-mail to the registration office.

Cancellation Policy
Conference Registration and ticketed event cancellations, except tours and Kids' Camp, will be accepted through June 20, 2005. ISTE membership fees are non-refundable.
Tour cancellations accepted through May 27.
Kids' Camp cancellations accepted through June 10.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing; send an e-mail to or fax to 1.541.346.3545.
Full registration cancellations will be subject to a $25 service fee. After the cancellation deadlines, changes to your registration will not be accepted. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another individual in your place at no extra charge. The approved refunds will be processed following the conference in August 2005.
Ticketed events include Workshops, Professional Development Events, Wednesday Evening Social Event, Tours, Kids' Camp, and Conference Luncheon & Keynote.
Please note: NECC reserves the right to cancel workshops, tours, and any other ticketed event that does not have enough enrollment to cover expenses or does not meet the enrollment minimum. In the event of this type of cancellation, the ticketed event fees will be fully refunded.
Registration Confirmation
For all registrants providing e-mail addresses, final confirmations will be sent via e-mail beginning May 25, 2005. Otherwise, postal confirmations will be mailed beginning May 27, 2005.
Continuing Education Credits
Certificates of Participation/Attendance
NECC will provide attendees with certificates to document their participation in the conference and attendance at workshops. Certificates of Participation for the general conference will be available at the Information Booth beginning Sunday, June 26. Certificates of Attendance will be available in each workshop and, in some cases, must be signed by the workshop presenter. Please check with your district or state to see if this is a requirement before coming to NECC 2005.
Your State or District Requirements
Continuing education requirements vary by state. Be sure to check with your state or district representative beforehand so that you know exactly what you must do to qualify and what documentation is required. Your Final Program, handout materials, session overviews, etc., may be needed to document content, so please keep them to submit with your certificate. Specific requirements for several of the mid-Atlantic and Southeast regional states are listed below:
