I am surprised how you managed to do this as I do my setup the way Tom Shinder recommends which involves using the same cert on your exchange site also on your ISA 2k4 box.

I would also like to see how to do the same deployment but using a CA that you buy off the internet. Thanks

The reason I went with an Internal CA with a separate certificate for the Exchange Server and the Public name is address the users that hit the internal Exchange Server using the internal name.  In this case (and my example), the certificate is valid for the internal name and the user is not prompted with an invalid certificate dialog box.

It is very difficult (to near impossible) for me to record a screencast using a public CA because I do not have a public domain to "play" with nor the money to just get a public CA for a screencast.
