Hello!  I’m a Product Manager on the Windows Management group at Quest Software, where I’ve been for over two years.  I spend a lot of my time talking with customers around the world about needs they have pertaining to Exchange management, Exchange traffic and storage reporting and analysis, regulatory compliance, policy enforcement and archival.  I currently manage Quest MessageStats, Recovery Manager for Exchange and a few other current and future solutions, and am part of a team tasked with strategic and tactical planning for our part of the business.  I also run a blog on compliance as it pertains to Microsoft Exchange at http://p0stmaster.blogspot.com and write for a number of industry publications. I’ve been using Exchange since the 4.0 beta days, back when my employer at the time – the Corporation of the City of Ottawa – was featured in one of the earliest Exchange 4.0 case studies on Microsoft.com.
