Former staff list

Between 2003 when the page was satrted and May 2006 there have been a lot of staff changes. In updating the page I only included in the "Former Staff" section those which already had profiles within SW. The list below are those that didn't. If any of these are worth putting back on to the main page, go ahead and do it.
