Offsite workshop locations do not have easy access to food
or beverages (including coffee). Participants are advised to plan accordingly. Box lunches are provided for full-day and two-day workshop participants.
Offsite Transportation |

Transportation is provided for all offsite workshops. Buses will depart from and return to the convention center. Estimated travel time to offsite workshops is 15–30 minutes depending on destination and traffic. Please check below for your specific workshop bus departure time. IMPORTANT! ISTE is not responsible for providing alternate transportation for participants who miss their buses.
Parking at offsite workshop facilities is limited and at times unavailable. Participants are strongly urged to take the workshop buses. IMPORTANT! ISTE is not responsible for workshops missed due to unavailability of parking.

Hands-On—participants will be actively engaged with computers or other equipment (e.g., handheld computers, digital cameras, digital video cameras) as the primary focus of the workshop.
Seminar/Demo—workshop content is primarily delivered in a demonstration, panel discussion, or lecture format with some activity-based content.

Full Lab—one computer station for each participant; typically indicates skill- or application-based workshop.
Partner Lab—one computer station for every two participants; typically indicates project- or collaborative-learning-based workshop.
No Lab—workshop does not take place in a computer lab.
PC—will take place in a Windows lab.
MAC—will take place in a Mac lab.
None—platform is irrelevant to workshop content.
Beginner—designed for participants with limited or no previous experience with content; no prerequisite skills required.
Intermediate—designed for participants with some experience with content; may require prerequisite skills.
Advanced—designed for participants with significant experience with content who are looking to expand their knowledge; may require prerequisite skills.
All—designed for participants of all experience and skill levels.
