Desert Code Camp Results - Simon Allardice Rocks!

Last Saturday was our first Desert Code Camp in the Phoenix, AZ area.  There were nearly 50 sessions of great content.  Some of the comments from the event can be read from Tim Heuer's blog.

Of interest is the session results.  By an overwhelming percentage, Simon Allardice claimed the highest rated session of the day.  I came in 6th place :(

Another RD is in the house!

John Alexander is teaching VSTS at Interface this week. We also have MVP Dan Wahlin (full-time) teaching enterprise development with .NET 2.0. Jen Campion is teaching ADO.NET in 2.0

I am teaching ASP.NET 1.1 this week... (but I am going to sneak 2.0 stuff in every day)

From Venice to The Venetian to Venice Beach

When I wrote my From Venice to The Venetian blog, I thought that was an interesting coincidence.  However, when I arrived in California last night to attend a management seminar today, the story was still unfolding.  I didn't realize my hotel is located at Venice Beach!  For all of these pit-stops to have a Venetian theme (unintentionally) is a little remarkable.  ...at least I think so.
