Personnel Announcement

President George W. Bush today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to the Czech Republic to attend the 60th Anniversary of the Liberation of Pilsen on May 6, 2005.

The Honorable Jim Nicholson, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, will lead the delegation.

Members of the Presidential Delegation are:

The Honorable William J. Cabaniss, Ambassador of the United States to the Czech Republic
Major General Patrick Brady, US Army (Ret.) and Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient
Linda Maynor, Governmental Relations, Balch & Bingham LLP
The Honorable Julian Niemczyk, Former Ambassador to then-Czechoslovakia
