Interesting VS Keyboard Shortcut
When in a code window for VS, you can go full screen, hiding all the other windows, toolbars, title bars, start bar, output window, intermediate window etc. Looks same as IE has when it's in "Full Screen" mode.
SHIFT + ALT + ENTER = Toggle Full Screen Mode
Use the same combination to toggle off also. Works like gem on VS 1.1 version ... Should be supported on other versions also ...
