Hi, my name is Diane Forsyth and I am a technical writer on the Exchange user assistance team, mainly writing about the supported tools for our product. I've been in the Exchange team for 4 years, and before that, spent my first year at Microsoft working on the Content Management Server, which was an acquisition from a small Canadian company. I've been in the technical communication field for several years, working at all levels of companies from start-ups to Motorola (Wireless division). Also did some time in my early working years as a computer operator and a field support representative at IBM Canada.
