  Formula Zero
As the governing body of motor sport and the representative of more than 100 million motoring consumers worldwide, it is the FIA’s responsibility to not only develop the most demanding safety standards achievable in racing, but to ensure that the safety lessons from the track are applied wherever possible to the road.

Formula Zero outlines an approach to road safety which has defined safety policy in motor sport for more than twenty years. A similar and far reaching safety policy  called ‘Vision Zero’ was introduced on the road by the Swedish Government in 1997.
