You have a list that have some active (current) items and some that are available. You need to move items between the lists for submits. I was working on the admin portion of SOS 4 when it became this feature wasn't standard part of Flex. At first this was frustration, but if you follow the code you will see this isn't a big deal to build tools like this.

Sometime you want to give users a non-disruptive feedback when filling in forms. Form input validation may be over kill and disruptive to the user experience.

The requirements to start an official Adobe Flex user group are very basic: you must have an active web site dedicated to the group and you must hold a monthly user group meeting…that’s all! If you are interested in applying to start a Flex user group in your area, please follow the steps below.
