Climate for Change |
Climate for Change sets out a policy framework for achieving emissions reductions by encouraging the development of new vehicle and fuel technologies, persuading the consumer to purchase more fuel economic vehicles and offering a greater choice of alternative transport options. Climate for Change recognises that all sectors of the transport debate have a role to play, including regulatory and planning authorities whose decisions can have as great an impact on the environment as any actions by vehicle producers or users. |

Formula Zero |
As the governing body of motor sport and the representative of more than 100 million motoring consumers worldwide, it is the FIA’s responsibility to not only develop the most demanding safety standards achievable in racing, but to ensure that the safety lessons from the track are applied wherever possible to the road. Formula Zero outlines an approach to road safety which has defined safety policy in motor sport for more than twenty years. A similar and far reaching safety policy called ‘Vision Zero’ was introduced on the road by the Swedish Government in 1997. |

Europe in Motion |
Europe in Motion sets out a policy agenda for shaping mobility into the new Millennium. An agenda which combines freedom of movement with responsibility for the consequences of that freedom. An agenda that makes accident reduction a priority. An agenda that accelerates the introduction of cars which meet the toughest fuel and emission standards. An agenda that promotes a fair deal for European motorists who pay billions of Euros each year in taxes. |
