  Services: Common Ground of Grief

The Common Ground of Grief is a series of monthly 90-minute sessions consisting of a 60-minute grief education presentation, followed by a 30-minute period of questions and answers. The sessions are free and open to all surviving a loss. Sessions are being held on the first Wednesday of each month from August to December at the Cousins Center.

The PDF file below lists all future sessions.

All presentations are by Patrick V. Dean, M.Ed., Director of Grief Education Services for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Catholic Cemeteries and Founder of the Wisconsin Grief Education Center.

A monthly Open Support Group for people surviving a loss will be facilitated by Patrick Dean on the second Wednesday from 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at the Family Center at Holy Cross Cemetery, 7301 W. Nash Street in MIlwaukee as an adjunct to the Common Ground of Grief presentations. There is no charge to attend these group meetings.

These gatherings are sponsored Archdiocese of Milwaukee through the joint services of the Catholic Cemeteries and the Bereavement Ministry of the Archdiocesan Lifelong Faith Formation Office.
