  Information: Clean Clothes Campaign

A fundamental Catholic belief is that of valuing and respecting the sacredness of human life. As Catholics, we believe that workers have a God-given right to respect and dignity. These Catholic Social Teachings inspires the "Clean Clothes Campaign". Our focus is to gain a greater understanding of the issue of sweatshops and what we can do about them in a positive way. This is not about boycotting, nor about marching in the streets. It is about making moral decisions. It is about respecting life!

SHOPPING CARD
Click here for cards to leave at stores when you shop for clothing. There are four cards per sheet. Cut them apart, sign them, and leave one with the cashier when you make a purchase. If we all do this, retailers throughout southeastern Wisconsin will know that we want our clothes to be made in conditions that respect the workers.
