Any cancellations must be received by the Housing Bureau by June 13, 2005. You may submit your cancellation in any of the following ways:

Cancellations received by April 1, 2005, will not be charged a fee.

For all cancellations received between April 2 and June 13, 2005, you will be charged a $125 cancellation fee.

If you need to cancel after June 13, 2005, you must do so directly with the hotel and you will be charged according to each individual hotel policy. Our cancellation policy applies to all reservations, including those made after April 1, 2005.
