Bishop Wilton D. Gregory, President of the US Conference of Catholic Bishops, reflects on the bishops' efforts to combat sexual abuse of children and young people since the passage of the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People in Dallas last year. He also discusses his own experiences confronting the issue when he arrived in the Diocese of Belleville (IL) in 1994.
