The Archdiocesan Council of Priests approved a Marriage Resolution document regarding marriage preparation and newly married ministry on January 30, 2002. One of the aspects of this resolution was to address, "instruction in and reflection on a basic Catholic theology of marriage." In response to the Marriage Resolution the resource,"No Longer Two, But One Flesh" - A Brief Look at the Theology of Marriage, was created. There are three documents as part of this resource.
