The White Stripes entered the U.K. album chart at No. 1 yesterday (June 24) with "Icky Thump" (XL Recordings), as "Umbrella" (Def Jam) by Rihanna featuring Jay-Z started a sixth week atop the singles chart. The Stripes are also in the top 10 with the "Icky Thump" title track, which is No. 6 this week after peaking at No. 2 last week.
