Many people have asked what my plans are now that the election is over. I am considering several options for the future. I definitely plan to stay very much involved in Nevada politics. My first task is to clear the debt that has accumulated and I feel compelled to work toward establishing a fund to fight violations of the state Constitution. The latest challenge to the people's Constitutional right to petition their government with the TASC (Tax and Spend Controls for Nevada) and PISTOL (which stops eminent domain abuse) initiatives only reinforces our need to have the funds to be available for pro-active rather than reactive legal defense when these challenges come to pass. If you would like to help me, please send a tax deductible donation to defray the litigation costs for protecting our Constitutional right to vote and keeping the legislative 2/3 vote requirement for tax and fee increases.
I am committed to making sure that your vote counts when you go to the polls, that your voice for conservative values is heard in our Nevada Legisature and our U.S. Congress, and that you have all the necessary information concerning the government process. I will be publishing an online newsletter. It will contain such documents as the court transcript on our voting machines and the electronic machine paper trail; the bills that are being proposed and tracking their status through the 2007 session of the legislature.
