Degree Theatre Dance

The length of study at the Palucca Schule Dresden can vary from between four to ten years depending on the age of the candidate upon admission. The Palucca Schule Dresden educational model integrates a secondary school so that students receive their academic education and dance training under one roof.

The degree course in Theatre Dance is divided into

	a two year preparatory programme, or Orientierungsstufe, entry at 5th form, or 10 years of age
	a four year secondary school programme, or Grundstudium, entry at 7th form, or 12 year of age
	a four year college degree programme, or Hauptstudium, entry after high school graduation or upon completion of a secondary school programme, entry from 16 to 20 years of age

Maximum age of entrance for the college degree programme: 20 years!
