Kids' Camp - Sold Out

ISTE would like to begin by thanking you for your patience while we have been in the planning stages of Kids' Camp for NECC 2006. It is ISTE's top priority to provide an educational, fun, age-appropriate, and SAFE environment for your children. We are delighted to present a program that meets all of our expectations!

Add Kids' Camp to your registration beginning May 12! The $65/day per child fee includes transportation, snacks, and daily lunch. Children ages 6–16 are eligible to register. Detailed information is on the Kids' Camp page.

Wednesday and Friday's programs are provided by Kiddie Corp, a professional child care organization that has provided high-quality programs to children of all ages at conventions, trade shows, and corporate events throughout the United States and Canada since 1986. The Thursday program is provided through a partnership between the Mission Bay Aquatic Sports Center and ISTE.

Tours

Be sure to build some time into your conference schedule to do a little sightseeing with your family and friends while in San Diego! See Tour Details or click on the event names below for more information about individual tours. Sign up for tours via Registration.

The tour registration deadline is May 26, 2006. Tour enrollments will be assessed at that time, and participants who have registered for under-enrolled tours will be contacted immediately regarding substitution or refund options. Onsite registration will be limited and will be accommodated on a space-available basis.

The following tours depart from the transportation loading zone at the Convention Center. Please plan to arrive in the loading zone 15–30 minutes before the scheduled tour departure time.

Those who've attended NECC in the past will notice a change from our usual program:
  • The main conference days will be Wednesday–Friday.
  • Workshops will be held Wednesday–Friday, both days and evenings. A limited number of workshops may be held preconference.
  • The Opening Reception is on the 4th of July! It'll be held at the San Diego Convention Center, a perfect location for viewing numerous fireworks displays over the water — be sure to bring the whole family!
Please keep this schedule in mind as you make your travel and hotel arrangements!
