When you click "Checkout" you will go through to a page that asks you for your user name and password. If you've recently registered with NCNE, then you can simply enter the user name and password you chose when you registered.  If you've not registered yourself, but have previously received an e-mail from NCNE, then you are already in the system. All you have to do is use your e-mail address as both user name and password, and then enter the other details requested. You can then change your password as you wish by going to My Account and clicking 'Edit password.'
