RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and is an XML-based protocol for sharing information between websites. It is most commonly used for news feeds and weblogs (BLOGS).
Anywhere you see the RSS or XML logo you can get a feed.
Step one: Get yourself an RSS News Reader. Many of these can be downloaded for free from the web. The easiest thing to do is to search on Google (or your favourite search engine) for RSS reader.
Step two: Install it
Step three: Run the reader and click Subscribe. When asked for the URL enter the URL of the feed you wish to subscribe to. The reader will then contact the site and download the feed for you.
Step four: Prepare not to sleep for a while now that you've discovered the wonderful world of RSS!
(Obviously, I am not responsible for the contents of these feeds in any way whatsoever!)
