• Now spit out the water from the mouth.
Whenever you are cleaning your eyes there should be water in your mouth.

Mudra

• First move your eyes upwards and downwards as far as you can. Repeat four to five times. Then close your eyes and relax.
• Next move your eyes sideways i.e. left to right as far as you can. Repeat four to five times. Then close your eyes and relax.
• Then move your eyes round in circles in a clock wise direction. Repeat four to five times. Then close your eyes and relax. Now repeat in anti-clock wise direction.
• Lastly repeatedly blink your eyes about four to five times. Then close your eyes and relax.
