An Introduction to Important Site Features
Home Page Multimedia Flash Player
The centerpiece of the home page is a multimedia Flash player to highlight the latest news and video from us. There are four sections of content in this player which can be accessed by the horizontal menu at the bottom of the player. This section of the site requires the Adobe Flash player which you can download here.
Bookmarking Tools
Content pages in the site are outfitted with a drop-down bookmarking toolbar to make it easy for you to save or share site content. This tool helps make the content of HRC.org more useful and portable for all users. For more information please read the Social Bookmarking article on Wikipedia.
RSS Feeds
The new HRC.org is outfitted with RSS feeds to make it easier for you to access and aggregate content from the site. Many people use RSS readers to read content from many sites and blogs in one central place. Some of the more popular readers are Google Reader, My Yahoo!, and Bloglines. For more information on RSS readers, we suggest Feedburner’s Feed 101.
