Crazy Sexy Hits: The Very Best of TLC is a Greatest Hits album by TLC, released in 2007, exclusively in the UK. Due to the underperformance of previous Best Of album Now and Forever: The Hits it was decided that a re-packaged collection would be released, with a new cover and altered track listing. Four songs were removed from the track listing, that were not released as singles there, "Silly Ho", "Hat 2 Da Back", "Turntable" and non-single "Kick Your Game". Strangely "In Your Arms Tonight", which was not released as a single anywhere in the world was retained on the album whereas singles such as "Dear Lie" (one of the groups longest running singles there) and "Hands Up" were left off for a second time.

The album out-performed the group's previous compilation, peaking at number fifty-seven in the UK album chart. Now and Forever: The Hits only peaked at number eighty-six.

In the same week of this CD's release (20 August 2007) Now and Forever: The Video Hits was released for the first time in the UK. The DVD was released with the same cover as Crazy Sexy Hits: The Very Best of TLC but for unknown reasons, the DVD kept the name of the previous best of compilation.
