03/10/2007 :: New Nordic Voices aims at presenting contemporary Nordic dramatic works to Canadian theatres and venues. Sponsored by the Nordic Cultural Fund, this pilot project is a partnership between the Nordic Embassies in Canada and the Cultural Councils and Playwrights Associations in their respective countries. This last week the first meetings took place with interested theatres in Toronto, Winnipeg and Ottawa. + More

The two leading national sledge hockey teams will meet in October to participate in a training camp in Norway. Hockey Canada will send a film crew to Norway to film their camp.
