Search Tips
The search engine inserts an implied OR condition between multiple words in your search term. The more words which occur in a result, the higher the result will be in the result list. If you are having difficulty finding what you’re looking for, try one of these Search Tips:

" + " Searches
If a search term must be included in the result, immediately precede the search term with a + sign. This will ensure that the term is part of the result. This can be done for one or all the search terms. For example, enter the search term +water pump to find all results that include the word water and may or may not include the word pump.

" - " Searches
Sometimes it's too difficult to narrow down your search to specific terms. You may find it easier to exclude certain term. If a search term must be excluded from the result, immediately precede the search term with a - sign. This will ensure that the term is not part of the result. This can be done for one or more search terms. For example, enter the search term pump -sump to find all results that include the word pump but do not include the word sump.

Phrase Searches
If you are looking for a match on an exact phrase, surround the search term with quotation marks ("). For example, enter the search term "water pump" to find all items that include the word water followed immediately by the word pump.

Complex Expressions
Use parentheses to assemble complex search expressions. For example, use the search term +water +(pump valve) to find results that include the words water and either pump or valve or both.

Stop Words
The search engine will not search for commonly used words (e.g. a, the, an, etc.) and numbers (e.g., 33 pumps will search pumps but ignore the 33)

Stemming
The search engine does no stemming of search terms. This means that if you want to find results which contain pump (singular) or pumps (plural) you must enter pump pumps.
