A lot of people around the world are talking about FOSS.IN. We thought that you might find it interesting to see some of these comments, so we have a new page on the site - The Buzz - to let you see some of the more interesting ones. And if you come across one that's not listed - contact us!

After a number of iterations, shuffling, hair pulling and an unbelievable amount of coffee, the FOSS.IN/2007 schedules are now up!

Items are still being added to the schedule - some more PowerBoFs and other activities, so keep checking for new stuff.

And remember, this documents the scheduled stuff, but that's not all there is at FOSS.IN! It's the BoF tents for impromptu BoFs, the HackCentre sessions, the Community Centre, the commercial and FOSS expos, the corridor meets, the food and the excitement of being at one of the world's largest FOSS events, where people from all over the country and all over world get together to meet, discuss, learn, teach and have an unbelievably huge amount of fun.

FOSS.IN/2007: Call for Volunteers

A large international conference such as FOSS.IN requires tremendous amount of ground support during the days of the event.

The nature of support varies from activities such as interacting with speakers and escorting them to the stage right down to sprinting from one end of the conference venue to another carrying a message (or a 17 inch monitor) to darting across the city to pick up scotch tape!

People involved in this activity require a strong sense of *can-do, will-do* attitude coupled with a sense of trust and team work. Such people who will volunteer to help run the conference are what we term Volunteers. Volunteers are people who make sure that the event runs smoothly.

This is the call for volunteers for FOSS.IN/2007.
