| Louisville Male High School (Louisville, Kentucky) | DuPont Manual Magnet High School (Louisville, Kentucky) | 79-40-6 | 1892 | Annual football game. Dubbed the "Old Rivalry" it is the oldest high school rivalry in Kentucky and the oldest rivalry west of the Appalachian Mountains. Up until 1982, the game was played on Thanksgiving Day at Cardinal Stadium at the Kentucky Exposition Center. The series has since then rotated between home fields between each school.
