What is your returns policy?
We are happy for you to return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt – for a full refund providing that the item(s) is in its original condition. What are my payment options?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch, JCB, Visa Debit (formerly Delta), Solo cards and American Express. These are processed using the Royal Bank of Scotland's "Streamline Direct" service.
Is it safe for me to order with you online?
Absolutely; because we want you to feel that you can shop with confidence, we use the Royal Bank of Scotland's "Streamline Direct" service, which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and is therefore secure.
Will my personal information be safeguarded?
Certainly; we cannot see your card details. These details are kept in the Streamline system.
Am I charged VAT?
All non-book orders from customers in the European Union are charged VAT automatically. There is no VAT on books in the United Kingdom.
How long does it take for my order to arrive at my door?
Deliveries in the UK can be as quick as the next day after dispatch. Airmail deliveries to Western Europe can take up to 7 working days, whilst airmail deliveries to the rest of the world can take up to 10 working days. Please note that on rare occasions deliveries outside of the UK can take up to 28 days
